Meet Becca (she/her)

Rebecca Szanto (she/her), LPCC-S, BCBA, COBA (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) is the creator and owner of Branches of Behavior LLC. Branches of Behavior was established in an effort to create an inclusive environment for individuals looking to enrich their lives through a variety of mental and behavioral health services.

Rebecca is passionate about working with individuals impacted by neurodevelopmental differences and has extensive experience working with autistic individuals and those with other developmental exceptionalities. Outside of her work as a counselor and behavior analyst, Rebecca enjoys opportunities to serve as an advocate for individuals and families impacted by disability.

Her work as a therapist and behavior analyst centers around her passion for supporting client’s during some of life’s most difficult times, while helping them find solutions they may have not thought possible before.

Rebecca’s specializations include Adult Autism Assessment, Parent Training & Applied Behavior Analysis, Family Counseling, Social Skills Training, Special Education Advocacy & Support, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

When she’s not chasing around her 2 young children, Rebecca spends her time supporting staff members of Branches of Behavior, hosting community events and groups, and participating in behavioral and emotional health advocacy efforts.

Rebecca maintains a clinical caseload and completes Adult Autism Evaluations, but does not take on new counseling clients. You can learn more about Rebecca’s evaluation process here!

Meet Finn

Finn is a rescue-pup that has been with Becca since he was 12 weeks old! Certified as a Therapy Dogs International Therapy Dog (TDI), Finn loves making new friends and helping people feel better. He is passionate about peanut butter and playing with his kitty brother Huckleberry. When he’s not at the office, you’ll find him taking walks and playing with his humans.
